Ticketman is a digital software product delivered electronically. As there are no physical goods, there are no returns.
Refund Window
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests can be submitted by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request.
How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Upon refund, your license will be revoked and access to paid features will be terminated.
